I received a very quick delivery from the seller as well as a fast response about an English users guide (there is non , but it's easy to translate these days using online dictionaries).The device itself of an average quality (Made in China not in Japan), and some parts are not really well aligned .Mainly I don't like that the pink plastic ring doesn't enframe tightly the main ultrasound probe .It may cause a buildup of a gel between them. I am not yet sure if it's possible to clean it completely after use.The device DOES produce the ultrasound waves at two modes : puls and constant, and each mode has four strengths .To check if the device works I put a few drops of thermal water to the probe and the water "jumps " and evaporates from the probe ,meaning there are ultrasound waves being generated.There are two EMS electrodes located at the back side of the device one of them has a little tiny scratch on its surface.Other than that the electrodes work as Id expect .The device comes with 30 ml original ultrasound gel ,a charger and a plastic cover for the main probe only.The device works wirelessly ,but it has to be charged 5 hours before it can be turned on.The device operates at 3Mhz ( heats faster than 1Mhz but more superficially).I'll update my review after trying the device out for some time
