The balance on this isn’t equal. The doors require much strength to open and close. It’s alright. Displays the items nicely, but other than that it’s just fine.

Very nice food warmer .does not dry out the food and with the self serve doorkeeps food in and covid out . great value for the price .Spoke to soon . Heat element went out after 10 months . Can’t get koolmore on the phone , ordered and element on line 4 days ago. All I got was an auto message order received . 2/17/21Still no parts or human contact.
