Roller work perfect, only reason for 4 star was that top srew hole had no tread, was just a hole, so i had to make tread and find a screw/bolt for it since it did not came with monting screw and was not compatible with my hold roller mounting screw, i still fully recommande this product just keep in mind u might have to do a lil extra work .

Mounting screws are not included!
This Roller Assembly does not include the mounting (machined) screws, so purchasers will need to get their own screws from a hardware store. I would appeal to the manufacturer of this item to kindly include the screws, so that customers are not inconvenienced. The product works well and slides smoothgly, so it is definitely of high quality.

Not everything needed was included.
We liked it. However, did not send all the necessary screws that were needed. Resulted in a trip to a hardware store which we had hoped to avoid by purchasing this online.
