does it include accesories as charger and headophones?

It includes a wall charger, no headphones. Used for AT&T, it doesn't connect to voicemail ... I've gone through the high-level customer technical service , twice.

does it have internet?

This is a very simplistic phone. You CAN browse the internet using AT&T, but it's very awkward and doesn't display well. It's supposed to hook into local wifi, but I've had it for two years and never tried it because it's so awkard. It does NOT support AT&T's voicemail. I have complained directly to AT&T on this. You hit "1" and it tells you voicemail is "out of network". A special ticket was opened for me when they couldn't straighten it out right away ... that was over a year ago and it still doesn't work. It's OK for calling/texting in/out. Awkward for browsing. Useless for voicemail.
