Perfect replacement for existing part
This worked great to fix my fluorescent light fixture. The label looked different but was the same part number and it swapped out without any problems.

universal ballast for just about every undercabinet light, plus
These ballasts are super universal for T5 bulbs, quad bulbs, and many others. There are several pages of fine print listing the numerous applications for these ballasts. They are also small enough to fit in every fixture I've used them in (probably about 50 over the past years). I always keep 1 or 2 in my work van.

Identical replacement for a Ten Year Old Fixture
Amazingly still available, and at a reasonable price for those of us who haven't yet upgraded to ballast-free LED (and who blew their electronic ballast through failure to bypass said ballast when converting to LED)

Works fine even thought not and exact match to original ballast profile
If you are a handyman and tinkerer who hates throwing almost perfectly good stuff away, the one could be for you. When utility companies were offering incentives for fluorescent torch lamps many years ago I took advantage of the offers and picked up a half dozen of those standing lamps - 1 of which used equivalents of this ballast. This particular lamp has 3 compact fluorescent bulbs each with its own ballast. It isn't an exact size/config match so I needed to drill a new hole to attach it to the mounting plate - works fine but it is a tight fit. Obviously, this has other applications and will likely be around for a while - as opposed to the circular Sunpack SP120-1-55D which (at least in my experience) was more common in the fluorescent torch lamp. Only reason I didn't give it a five is because it isn't an exact match to the original ballast configuration and I had to rig it.

Exact replacement for my PLC Polipo fluorescent vanity light
This is the exact replacement for my PLC Polipo fluorescent. I almost had to buy the newer LED version 962SNLED for $300. Instead, $25 and half an hour, most of which was removing the metric nuts holding the ballast in place. My whole family (mostly me) is happy now that they can see in the bathroom...
