I picked this up because I can never find my wrenches or pliers when I actually need them. Having a complete set that lives in one toolbox just makes things easier. The tools feel sturdy, comfortable to use, and cover a good range of everyday needs. The crescent wrench's jaw and worm gear has a lot of play. The diagonal cutters are not very sharp. Good diagonal cutters will cut cleanly and with a "snap" as they cut wire or zip ties. These do not. These diagonal cutters will leave a sliver of material, so you have to twist it to remove the piece you are trying to cut off. The lineman's pliers are small. They also do not have a sharp cutting edge. It's hard to make lousy pliers, and these pliers are just acceptable. For the price, you get what you pay for. You can get a decent pair of diagonal cutters for the price of this 6-piece set. This set is priced for those who cannot afford a decent set of pliers, or for those who just want something that is better than nothing. And if you have neighbors who borrow tools and never return them, these are the ones you can lend out. Workpro tools are usually very good, like their gardening shears and pruning shears, but not these pliers.
