Gotcha some
Got me a real WOW moment once these arrived. Heavy duty totally high quality boxes. I don't know what else I should of expected being there American made product. You not only see the quality but you can feel it as well. I for one am excited to discover these boxes as we have several service type trucks.

Scratched & Dented
My tool boxes came dented, scratched, and the drawers were very hard to open and the lock mechanisms didn't work. For the price of these boxes, I expected a way better quality product

Drawer retainers/rollers are poor
The drawers and sliders are garbage they have plastic retainer clips and slider works with BB sized individual bearings in a thin aluminum retainer tray that is machined very loosely. I purchased two boxes returned one came dented and missing one plastic keeper clip the bearing were missing found some in bottom of box one drawer lock key would not even go in returned it replacement came with missing bearings again if you load the drawer with tools the weight when opening breaks the clip bearings fly out and get lost. After altering my trailer to mount these I am stuck with using them buying some quality drawer rollers and replacing these garbage ones. Would not buy these or rx them

Drawers stick, not wanting to go in
The drawers do not like to go back in, even when they were first installed and empty they did it. If you have a Ford F-150 (we installed on a 2016) make sure you are tall because these are TALL, almost too tall. The boxes are built well, good welds. We do like they are American Made, that’s why we spent the extra money and went with this company. Wishing the drawers worked better for sure!

Delivery was great. Love the boxes. Install was easy.

Nice
The toolboxes are nice.But the reason for 3 star was they painted over tape. As you see in the picture. Customer service was great they stand by there products. I would purchase again

Broke draw
Pulled the drawer out and all the Berens fell out of the rollers. Right out of the box sent two messages nobody will reply back to me
