does this come with a dropper that measures the dose?

I just got my first bottle and got confused.1) "Shake well before serving."  I just noticed printed on the bottle, after having been using it for a week.  How did that affect the dosage my family has been taking?-----------2) Dispensing:There's no directions for dispensing.  Dispensing does not require removing anything, such as an eye-dropper.  The plastic thing built into the mouth of the bottle 'is' the dispenser.I had to come back here to find out how to dispense a drop.  Thanks, ya'll.  Obviously, squeezing the glass bottle didn't help.It said somewhere that "a vertical drop" is 5000 IU.  So turn the bottle completely vertical.  And then wait.  If you keep the bottle in the refrigerator, the drops don't come out too fast, just one drop at a time.  The first drop doesn't come out too quickly -- you can shake the bottle 'gently' to get the first drop to come out.  The 2nd and 3rd drops come out faster, so be fast about turning the bottle back rightside-up when you get as many drops as you wanted.I think if you keep the bottle at room temperature, the drops come out faster, but can be harder to control.  The bottle doesn't say anything about storage, but it's an oil, so keeping it cool should keep it potent longer.  And thicker.Also, the dispenser has some kind of design so if any liquid remains on the outside of the dispenser, it will drain back into the bottle when you turn it back rightside-up.I was looking for storage information on the label, didn't find any, but then I saw, "Shake well before serving," a few paragraphs after the "Directions."  That's a usability problem with those directions.  After using it for my first week, this is the first time I saw that you're supposed to shake well.
