Good sound quality
Replacing a previous headphone which had stopped working. Fitted my phone system, no problems at all. Large mike, so doesn't need to be right in front of your mouth (I think I was getting feedback from that, till I moved it down). Head band is secure (but not too tight to be uncomfortable). Great to be handsfree again when I'm making/receiving phone calls! And it arrived within two days of being ordered.

So comfortable
These are so light and comfortable. They are very clear to hear and so handy if you have arthritis in your hands. I would recommend this item to everyone. Excellent seller and very quick delivery

Headset to plug into landline phone.
The lead fits securely into the phone jack so that I can walk around while on the landline. The headphones are quite tight and loud but easily adjustable.

Suits my needs, but the "mute" button does not work as expected
Reasonably priced and call quality is good, however the inline "mute" button disconnects the call when pressed. I can work around this by using the mute button on the handset itself, which is a little inconvenient. I'm using a Gigaset C430 which is listed as compatible with the headset in the product description, so would not have expected this functional anomaly.

Does NOT mute call on my handset others may be different
I purchased this item mainly because of the feature which says I can mute a call. This function does not mute the call and simply cuts the call off. When I complained to the retailer I did get a full refund without actually requesting it so cannot fault them on it. I was sent a new updated version of the headset which i received free of charge for trial but again it did not mute my call. in fact it did not do anything. The seller has told me to keep the headset, so again I cannot fault the customer service at all. It could well be that it is not compatible with my particular Gigaset C430 model of phone, so maybe watch out for that. Other than that a good quality sound.

does what it says on the box
only used it 3 times so far, works fine, comfortable even after a one hour call and so much better than getting an aching arm as you don't hold the phone. I even did the washing-up during one call!
