IT WORKS WELL, IF USED AS DIRECTED, ADDING MORE THEN RECOMMENDED DOESNT INCREASE THE RESULTS, THE DIRECTIONS ARE PRETTY MUCH SET TO GET YOU THE MAXIMUM RESULTS. i also changed my oil at the same time and used the REVX ZDDP oil additive. In my 2004 Freightliner Columbia with the Mercedes MBE 4000 , Its 120,000 miles on the second in-frame overhaul, approx. 1,690,000 miles total on the truck. I gained 1.75 MPG first fill up to second fill up, and real close to the same since adding both to my regiment , with exception of changing variables such as idle time and load differences. I recommend both.

At idle the engine seems to run slightly smoother with less clack noise. Used it in a high mileage 7.3 I’ve noticed 0 difference in fuel economy but I’m sure the injectors don’t mind fhe extra lubricity.

I drive a 2006 Cummins and this stuff is the bomb. My engine runs noticeably better and gets better mileage. If you have a diesel this stuff is a must use.

The additive game is tough to review. Somewhat hard to know if it works except over a long period of time. I have been using additives in my pickup since it was new and now this product for a year or better and so far am very satisfied. I own a 2008 Duramax with 550k miles and NOT one problem except for the regular maintenance items......namely one set of injectors (they didn't fail, just did it because i thought it was time). So i guess the additive investment has paid off. I love the increase in power with this product for sure. It is noticeable in my pickup. I will continue to use this additive and would recommend it to anyone interested!

This additive is great. I used to use Hot Shot Secrets but wasn't noticing any difference. A diesel repair shop told me about Rev X and said to try it. My injectors in my 6.0 Powerstroke aren't as loud now and my fuel economy went from 13 MPG to 14.5. I'm very happy with it and using it in my equipment now also. I have also used the gasoline version and it works well also.

Rev X products are great and have used them for years but have order this twice and it has shipped from the west coast with Amazon USPS and delayed a week both times. I will order directly from Rev X next time because the prime shipping has been a joke for this product
