I’ve bought this scar gel before and liked it. When I seen it back in stock as an 2 pack I immediately purchased it again. Big mistake. It’s advertised as a 2 pack, but only 1 jar was sent. Not only was a jar missing, but the 1 sent was open and half full, but the color was milky whitish as compared to a clear gel like my original one is. I promptly returned this for a refund. Don’t waste your money or time. Very unprofessional and unhygienic too. Yuck.

I used this gel in the past after a big operation I had. The scar was long and it looked ugly after it healed. I used to be able to see where the staples and stitches were. Now, there are only faded dots and the redness has gone away too. There was a good 2-pack deal and I want to start using it again. I use this for making my big scars look like smaller scars, mainly. The gel has a cooling sensation. I would keep this gel properly covered when not in use so it won't have a chance to dry out. It worked okay for me, but everyones' scars and skin is different.

I’ve been using this product off and on since January 2019. I’ve tried peels, creams and oils, but this gel treatment is simple and cheap enough that it’s easy to be consistent with it’s use. I’ve been using it almost every night for the past 2 weeks and I’ve noticed that my new scarring has disappeared while my old scars are much less noticeable.It’s definitely a powerhouse product and because it’s for scarring, it can last a long time. I’ve only just reached the bottom of my first jar.The reason why I did not give this product the full five stars is due to the fact that I break out when I apply too much gel. I’ve never reacted that way to anything I’ve ever tried on my skin...so it was jarring the first few times it happened to me. I’ve learned that using less products beneath the gel and then using a very light touch with the gel itself yields the best results.If you have a uterus/get periods, I suggest ramping up use of this product at the point in your cycle where your skin will be most receptive to it because it’s renewing itself. For those of you who may not be aware: your cycle has a number of “negative” affects on your skin, but one of the positives is that it can make your skin turnover more quickly than it normally does. This allows products, especially exfoliants, brighteners and scar treatments to be much more effective. Usually, this happens during the period. So while you’re fighting cramps, you can fight scarring as well.My skin: medium to dark brown and prone to scarring (my bra straps have left scars on my shoulders). Oily with hormonal acne. Not sensitive to products or food, except this one!

Works better than any other product on the market. I have immune issues and sometimes it takes forever to heal. During the process any type of ointment will make me itch exasperating the problem. This stuff really works. It keeps the skin from itchy while healing and minimizes the scarring. I just had a second knee replacement and once cleared by the docter I started applying the scar gel. As I have another identical scar on the other knee I have been able to compare and so far the one with scar gel applied appears to be less visible then the other one. Scars tend to pucker the skin and are tight. This product helps enormously with this problem.It is not greasy. While you need to remain uncovered until it is absorbed unlike creams or ointments it absorbs far quicker into the skin.I have tried so many products and this is the ONLY one which has been helpful. Most of the others were like putting lotion or cream on the scar which frequently caused more irritation without any result.

False Advertising!!! This is a great product but it is NOT a 2-pack. You only get one

This item is shipped by Derma E Store and they have the title and product description as "Derma E Scar Gel - 2 Oz (Pack of 2)". I've placed an order for this item and one product came. I placed another order the following day hoping that it was an error but only one product came. I see from various reviews that they've only received one instead of 2. This is completely unethical business practice. If you are stating that it comes as a pack of 2, make sure you send two.

I pick my face pretty often (a BAD habit I have that I am/have been trying to stop) years ago I stared using this product.... I remember the first time I used it I had terrible scarring from picking that I thought would never go away... I used this product every day for 3-4 times a day for 3 months and all my scars disappeared!! I actually noticed a huge difference within the first use... I use it fresh face before bed and wake up feeling a little better about my scars in the morning. Recently I got back into the bad habit and decided to order another container and it’s already made a difference within a few days! My face is softer and skin is looking much brighter more plump and scars are slowly fading :)
