Does this product reduce frown lines ?

I did not see any difference sorry!

Which is it,2.5% or 5% retinol? It states both!

5% Retinol & 2.5% Vitamin E ，it saids comes new formula with double active ingredients

What is the retinol content? It says 5% then further down it says its 2.5%?

The retinol content is 5% and the Vitamin E content is 2.5% (according to the bottle). It’s the highest retinol content I could find at that kind of price point. Hope that helps.

How can it be 5% when industry states a 1% would be by prescription?

I have been looking at many retinol products and found many products to be misleading. You cannot get more than 1% without prescription. The one I’m using says 1.5 % but when you look at the PURE RETINOl content it’s only 0.3% which is what you need to begin with. There are many products claiming to be RETINOl but unless the pure retinol content is stated in the ingredients, it more than likely doesn’t have any retinol. Please don’t be fooled by these companies with their deceitful advertising
