Avène Cicalfate+ Restorative Lip Cream, Chapped Lip Balm

I had a rash all around my lips and my lips got extremely dried out and started to peel. I used Avene Cicalfate Restorative Lip Cream and it really soothed my lips with the moisture they needed, and you don’t need to use a lot of this product. I plan on buying this again. Just wish the tube was bigger! I use other Avene products and I’m extremely happy with them.

This one of my favorite and must have beauty products. Works so quickly for chapped lips and just keeping my lips soft every day. The formula isn’t sticky at all and you can really feel how hydrating and nourishing it is

I have been searching for Months for a good lip moisturizing CREAM to heal lips from damage duels to a harsh medication I take; and prevent future damage. I don't know how well it will prevent future damage but my lips feel 100% better after just 2 days! Most products listed as "creams" aren't creams at all! When you get them they are an ointment. More like Vaseline. This is a TRUE MOISTURIZING CREAM - a lot like "Blistex" but without the burn. My lips are too sore for medicated creams. This is PERFECT for me. A little pricey but well worth it. I can back last night and put 2 on subscribe and save every 2 months. I will continue using this after my lips heal for as long as they continue to make it. A WONDERFUL product! Lastly... Avoid my mistake of buying the Elizabeth Arden 8 hour "cream" - it's NOT a cream and not returnable. Just sayin!

I’m so addicted to this lip balm!!! If you have secret chapped lips this will fix it in a day or two!!! And even if u don’t, it keeps your lips soooo soft!!! A bit pricey but it goes on sale a lot so watch for that.

It definitely helps my dry cracked lips but I feel like I have to apply it frequently. I am still on the hunt for a lip balm that works and requires minimal application. For the price, this product isn't worth it.

New formula update: They ruined this product by reformulating. Used to be so hydrating, long-lasting, and the only thing that gave me relief from eczema. Now it is somehow SO drying, oily, and all around terrible. Judging by reviews here and on their website many customers are unhappy with the change. Done with Avene. Original five star review: This is a great all around lip balm, but if you struggle with perioral dermatitis/eczema then you NEED this. If I'm experiencing a flare, I slather on cicalfate+ at night but I can't exactly walk around with that during the day which is where this lip product comes in. It is calming, hydrating, and long-lasting. I have gone through more tubes than I can count. This was my first time ordering through amazon and I am happy to report I received authentic Avene.

Es segundo que pido. Es perfecto para labios agrietados muy secos. Para todo el año. Estoy contenta.

Compré esta crema de labios de Avène porque tenía los labios bastante mal por el ambiente seco, el frío y quizá también por estar un poco bajo de defensas. Llevaba varios días sin notar mejoría con diferentes barras labiales, así que decidí probarla. No sé si fue por el producto o porque ya tocaba que se curaran, pero el caso es que me funcionó y se me recuperaron. No diría que es milagrosa, pero sí que me parece que ayuda bastante. Desde entonces la uso la mayoría de días. La textura es tipo crema, se absorbe rápido y no deja residuos. Me gusta que no tiene ese acabado aceitoso estilo “gloss” que dejan algunas barras. Para mí ha sido una buena opción para mantener los labios hidratados sin sensación pegajosa.

Maar 1x gebruikt en daarna niet meer. Heb het heel dun aangebracht. Maar omdat de emulsie wit is en niet goed intrekt krijg je witte randjes op je lippen. Alsof je recht uit bed komt. Geen gezicht dus.
