I’ve been using about 4months (about 4xs/week), & it still works like the first time I’ve used it. It hasn’t lost its flexibility at all! I wouldn’t recommend if you’re not at least 3months into your workout journey bc this band can make the most basic workout intense. For someone looking to build stronger lower body (butt, thighs), this is definitely a great asset to your workout. It can be uncomfortable the first few times but that’s just bc your body has to get use to it

I like the resistance, is a little short but works for me. Is also not to wide. It helped a lot with my work out. I'm going to compare with other band that I had but no longer going to use because this one make me a better work. It was on time, the seller sent an email asking if everything was fine no complain thank you.

This is a nice band. It appears to be well constructed and is comfortable to use. As other reviewers have posted, it is not very flexible. That is not a negative, but if you are looking for a band to do clam shell exercises, this is not the one to buy. It is great for movements where you want a strong restriction. If that is what you want, this is an excellent band for you.

I loved this product, even the 2nd tine I ordered it, I received a CD (but I'm. Guessing that was Amazon's fault). I therefore ordered the 3rd one and received my order. I'm happy with this product..its the best band.

for the heavy resistance, it doesn’t stretch enough so when i use it for an exercise i can’t move my legs that far and can be harder to feel the burn but is a sort of fixable by moving the band in different positions. the tag also came off the first time i used it.

Not a heavy resistance band, just mild resistance but I got two to double up and it works better that way. I use my other band instead tho. Still in search of one that’s heavier than the one I’ve had.
