Q: Is water used to activate paint?

Yes, it is a water based paint. Washes out easy as well.

Q: do you know how many ml each color includes?....what size each color is?

The discription says each color is 18 milliliter. There are eight colors. Im not real good with sizes... personally I would tell you its eight of the large size of snazoo paints. I was very pleased with it and felt it was well worth the cost!

Sorry, but paints are not removable. Its a tray with eight face paint colors poured in.

Q: Is it the same amount as the single pot that is 18ml?

Mine extremely small like 1ml of color each and then the glitter so I think 18 no in all together. I w as very disappointed in the price for what I got. Now I have to buy more paint going with another brand this time I don't like getting cheated
