Casio Women's BLX100-1C Baby-G Shock Resistant Glide Black and Yellow Multi-Function Watch

The watch is beautiful and has a shiny gold dial that goes in sync with the black face.Pros:-It looks good on the wrist.-You can dress it up and dress it down too. (Go to the gym with it).-It has a tide (sea tides) graph and moon age graph. (I don't use and didn't know what this was about until I received the watch).-It has 5 alarms, Hourly signal, Mute, and a 24 hour timer (which I LOVE) that you can set.-Shiny band to match the luxury dial.Cons:-Sometimes the numbers are a bit hard to see under certain lighting, because its white numbers on a black background.-The back light could be stronger, but its a bit light for the black background.-The band is SHORT. I'm just happy I don't have a bigger wrist. For people with average wrist size, you may want to replace the band for more room. As for me I have at least 3 little holes left before I reached the end of the band.Besides the pro's and con's above I am happy with the purchase made.My sister LOVES the watch and I decided to give it to her as a gift instead. However I am purchasing a very similar model BG1006SA-1C (looks the same but without the tide/ moon graph).Enjoy!

Very nice watch. Waterproof, looks just like picture. The only thing I don't like is that the black background makes the gold lettering for he numbers hard to read. It's more like the letters are not as vibrant as the picture but looks great especially at night with the little glow light. The tide graph is pretty awesome and easy to use. More sporty looking than dressy looking. I look forward to buying more Baby G watches for my wrist.

I love this watch because it's snazzy but not ridiculous. I love the gold and black together. Others have said that the numbers are hard to see, and that they don't show up as boldly as in the picture. That's true that they aren't as bold, but the numbers aren't hard to see, the way I naturally tilt my wrist to look at my watch. The light hits the face just right to see them perfectly. Also, the band seems a little short, but when I compared it to my other baby - gshock watches it's exactly the same length.

The watch looks nice. I like it. It has short stands, and sometimes hard to read the numbers. But I like how it looks, and I'm aware of such things before I decide to buy it.

Totally my fault, but the display really is unreadable sometimes. This is a nice Casio Baby G watch and has all the functionality and durability you'd expect. The reverse contrast of the display makes it very difficult to read though.

I sadly had to return this watch. It looks gorgeous, and I've always had good luck with Casio watches, but to say the display is a bit dim was a gross understatement -- I literally couldn't read it at all most of the time. It's possible the one I was shipped was defective, but other reviewers seem to have found it difficult to read as well. It's a shame. Maybe if you haven't gotten to the reading-glasses age yet, it would work... but not for me!

The casio watch looks sturdy and aestetically pleasing to eyes BUT "the time is not easy to read". In addition, the backlight is weak. Overall, the watch is acceptable.

It's a beautiful stylish watch, but for younger people who don't need glasses. I had to take it back. The delivery and service was great.
