It's cute! The design is on both sides, so it doesn't matter if you're a righty or lefty.

Even though another dissatisfied customer has already pointed out that the claim of color-changing and revealing of message is totally false, this company continues to leave the ad unchanged. I had faith that the issue was resolved, but neither of the 2 cups I received do anything when hot liquid is added. I was dooped as well. This is a deceitful company. This make me wonder what else they've lied about - Maybe the paint is toxic.

I love this cup!

Description clearly states in two places, "Fill with hot liquid to transform from black to white, magically revealing image." So I poured boiling water into it. Nope, nada, nyet. It's just a regular mug, and I'm returning it for refund.
