Does it work with the Nikon charger or do I have to buy the STK charger?

I have 3 different brands of EN-EL14's and all charge fine in the standard Nikon charger.

My nikon d3300 is 2014 model. does this battery fit this camera? the original battery reads 7.2v where as this one is with 7.4v. does that affect ?

As long as it's EN-EL14 or 14a, it will work. I've got both. The extra .2 volts might give you a few more minutes of power - or maybe not.

Does it give warning that you are not using original battery? if yes , how to deal with it?

Never had a warning that it is not a Nikon battery. Never had a problem with it in the camera, only when it bulged in charging. (Nikon D3300)
