Its hard to find a Humidor that actually works well, is made well, and closes well. This one is.

I'm not one to normally write reviews for things I buy, but I was so happy with this that I'm compelled to do it. While looking around for my first humidor online, there was often extra little things you had to buy, the ones in this price range didn't usually include a digital hygrometer, etc. This one, however, comes with everything you need to last a while though.To sum up the pro's, the setup is dead easy and the instructions simple. The make and quality is as good as you'll probably get for this price range, let alone higher price ranges. And THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Although setup was painless, with me being new to owning a humidor I had some questions and wanted to make sure I was doing it right, and their customer service team was superb.As for the cons, the only thing I can think of is some particular information about the setup isn't in the directions, but is on their website. It's not exactly "need to know" information, but would be helpful to know, especially for beginners like me. For example, the directions say to use 1/4 of the provided bottle solution on certain steps, but their website says youre able to use more up to the full bottle if you live in extra cold or dry places to get the humidity up to the appropriate level.Misc: Be sure to use that 50% off coupon they give you for more solution bottles, read the humidor directions on their website for some little pointers left out in the provided manual, and utilize their customer service.

I have had this humidor for about 4 months and despite all my efforts I cannot seem to get this humidor to hold the proper humidity. One of the reasons I chose this particular humidor was the built it hygrometer. I have a separate hygrometer and have used it to verify the readings on the built in hygrometer and they match within 1 or 2 % so I believe what I'm reading on the builtin one. I have used the humi-tray and the humi-sticks that came with the unit and I added a bead type humidifier AND I have used Boveda packets. No help. I am probably going to buy another humidor because this one isn't working. Overall not satisfied. Now I am using this for overflow storage and then I transfer my cigars to my smaller working humidor for at least a week to 'revive' them.I was contacted by Case Elegance about my review. I want to tell you this is really great customer service. We reviewed how I had seasoned the humidor and steps going forward to improve it's performance. My humidity levels have improved. There is more to this story and I expect to update this review again in a week or two.

This is an awesome humidor and the company behind it is equally impressive. I’ve been a cigar fan for awhile and have literally looked at and researched 100s of different humidors before settling on this one. This is my medium humidor for infused cigars as I also own the Octodor for my natural cigar collection. The fit and finish is perfect, it has a nice tight seal and the color goes good in any room. The hydro tray underneath the wood is a sweet touch because not only does it save cigar space it also has maintained perfect 68-70% humidity. Make sure you follow all the instructions on seasoning it and buy an extra bottle of solution. Also the built in digital hygrometer is a first for me as most companies just include a throw away analog. Most impressive of all about it is it’s dead on accurate. I have a XIKAR digital, calibrated with a salt test, to confirm it. I had a few questions and concerns as I set it up and Case Elegance’s customer service is incredible for the day we live in. Whether email, or a message on Facebook they respond within a couple hours. And they keep checking back to make sure you’re satisfied and everything is going well. If you’re looking to properly store 25-30 cigars or so you can’t go wrong! It’ll easily hold close to 50 but no humidor should be packed to the max. I can’t recommend this humidor enough!

I was searching for a simple humidor I could use at home and in our RV on trips. This Handcrafted Cherry Finish Cedar Humidor looked elegant and fit my visual approval right away. It was also one of the very few humidors with a humidity and temperature display built in. Now that I have it, I am in the seasoning process. I live in the high desert of Colorado Springs where humidity is typically below 15% and 85-90 degrees almost all year. Not having the experience of seasoning a humidor or knowing how long to expect it to take. I wrote the company asking for advice and I received it the very next business day. Not a reply that was auto-generated. It was obvious there was a person answering my specific questions and gave what seems to be very sound advice. Once I get this humidor seasoned fully, I expect it will hold humidity and be reliable and provide great longevity of my sticks. Almost nobody provides real customer service anymore. Having ran my own multiple businesses in the past, I very much appreciate the service this company Case Elegance provides. It passes the dollar bill seal test easily too. The innovative system they have seems to equalize the humidity throughout the box, unlike what the old water in a dish might have provided. This system is even and effective now that I have started to win the seasoning engagement. Be patient with the process and this unit will pay you back with a nice slow burning smoke.

El higrómetro ha empezado a funcionar mal. Las cifras no se ven bien como era al inicio. Se decaparecen. Es posible cambiarlo por otro en buen estado? O hay que devolver toda la caja? This is a great-looking product that doesn’t feel or look cheap once you get it. The instructions are straightforward and has done a great job in terms of maintaining the humidity. I will also add that the customer service is amazing, and very responsive in case you have any issues.

El humidor me vino defectuoso con marcas en la madera , no inicie devolución , por que ya había comprado uno a otro vendedor que devolví inmediatamente ( eso es otro tema) y necesitaba un humidor para mis puros ,al ser defectos visuales (que me dolían por que pierde toda su elegancia ) decidí quedarmelo pero reflejar mi incnformidad en una reseña.El vendedor muy atento y amable se puso en contacto con migo enviadome otro, estoy esperando que me llegue ,pero ya me ha demostrado que es un vendedor que se interesa por la felicidad del cliente .Aprovecho para agradecerselo desde aquí
