Not a vacuum.
There is no suction. It is simply a lighted pen with wax retrieval tools. The light is bright and effective. Well worth the money!

I would look for something else next time
Ends are little cups not open loop so hard to get wax completely.

Light is very bright
1 pink stick already stopped workin tried all new batteries but the 2nd one is working still, no suction to it just a scraper but does the job i like the light easy to see
