Simple but effective
Good information and well written. Having a rare chronic disease has taken me captive. So I started thinking about accepting life the way it is today. Release negative emotions and apply positive thoughts and even the little things started improving. With this book I am hoping to gain more knowledge about positive emotions. The little bit I've accomplished on my own has improved my physical pain, improved my mental state, and has even improved my social life.Great Read

You reap what you sow.
If you sow negative thoughts and beliefs into the fertile ground of your mind, you will reap a negative harvest in life: fear, scarcity, depression, loneliness, disease (dis-ease), etc. If you sow positive seeds, your life's harvest will be a bounty of good. That's the truth that this book imparts.

Simple technique to accomplish an overwhelming task
We all want to be positive and happy, but how? Try remembering to evaluate all 60,000 thoughts that you have every day. Impossible, or is it actually more simple then that? Not sure...yet, but willing to try.
