Ive been wanting to try this product and was finally able to purchase it. Ive only been taking this for a week so I can speak on the benefits it claims. What I can speak on is this; do not mix this with cold or icy drinks because it clumps up. Do not mix this in plain water unless you like taste of plain gelatin. This should be mixed with lukewarm or hot drinks. I havent tried this in a smoothie so I cant say that if it clumps up in one. It does have a slight taste of gelatin when mixed, but its not horrible to make you stop drinking it.

capsules have changed
I have been using this product from Amazon in capsule form for a couple of years. All of a sudden, they said it wasn't available for my subscribe and save order. I found another buyer on Amazon and the capsules are different, the quantity looks off as you can see the powder thru the clear capsule, and it doesn't fill up the entire capsule. I don't really trust Amazon when it comes to consumables but had luck with this particular item in the past. So, not sure I will be reordering.

Shipped very quick. I've taken in for a month will see with the 2nd month if I see visible results. Put in something hot desolves better. No flavor is best
