Pagan Moon Velvet Tarot Bag by Lo Scarabeo (2011-05-08)

This is a great bag, definitely worth five stars.Few quick things to know:*The first bag I bought from Lo Scarabeo, I for some reason thought had wooden or plastic toggles. These toggles are cloth, just like all of the others I have purchased. I don't think it makes any difference, but just so you know.*This bag feels a little stiffer than all the others I have picked up. I think it's because of the type of embroidery used for the front of the bag (which looks great). I'm pretty sure it will loosen up with time, and it's not so stiff as to in any way be a problem.*The bags with this shape (as opposed to the more square/rectangle shaped ones from lo scarabeo) are a much thicker "velvet" style cloth rather than the thinner satin. I'm sure either will protect your cards just fine, so it's all just personal preference. But, if you are REALLY hard on your cards, this bag might be the tiniest bit tougher.* The shape of the bag (larger at the bottom, with a more narrow opening) seems a tiny bit more pronounced in person to me. It's great if you keep quartz with your deck to cleans it, or if you store runes in the same place.*The inside of the bag is a very nice lighter purple satin (same color as the toggles). I really like the feel of it, but I definitely wouldn't try to keep any sage/incense based cleansing materials with your cards (not that you should anyways, quick way to damage a deck). I think anything with a charred end like that would probably damage the interiorThis bag is exactly what I expected, buy with confidence.

While this pouch was originally intended for tarot cards, runestones, and other related items, I was looking for a pouch to hold my dice collection from its start all the way through its full realization. I wanted a bag that would be able to hold all the dice I will eventually have, and let me tell you, this is it. This pouch is quite large enough, unless perhaps I buy a pound of dice in addition to all the other sets I plan to buy (I have 24 dice at present, and plan to buy probably 35-50 more).While it seems to be made of velour rather than velvet, it's quite well-made, which is the most important thing for me. The colors are slightly different than pictured: the velour is a deep, dusty sort of eggplant color, while the embroidery and the satin pulls on the drawstrings are rather fuchsia. It's not quite what I was expecting, but I still think it's beautiful. In addition, the bag is also lined with satin in the same color as the embroidery and the drawstring pulls, which is really nice. It will help to protect my dice even better. Plus, the pouch closes quite snugly upon pulling the drawstrings tight, without even having to tie them, which adds some greatly-appreciated extra security (I suspect it's because of the velour's texture).All in all, I think this is a really beautiful, well-made pouch that I'm really glad to have chosen.

This bag my son has had for over a year and it still looks as beautiful as when it was 1st purchased. Very high quality.

the quality of this item is very good strong and velvety...seems a bit big for my standard hermetic tarot deck but thats my hiccup shouldve considered the dimensions properly before hand anyway i will use this for something else

This bag is so beautiful. Well made and luxurious to the touch. It is lined, and the embroidery of the symbol so well made. It you live purple this is your bag :) It fits a tarot deck size deck and possibly a bigger Oracle deck. Go for it, it is a nice bag!

the bag is well made and very spacious. You can fit Tarot cards, a reading cloth, and even rune stones all inside one bag. It's a beautiful color, and the inside is so nice. It's sewn very well which was a surprise for me, I didn't expect there would be so much care taken when making this tarot pouch. The design on the front is very visible which is also done beautifully! I would definitely recommend this product and I will probably buy from them again. Thanks for such a lovely product!! :D

I received this Tarot bag in perfect condition. Very well-made. It is very pretty and I like the lining inside the bag. It fits many Tarot deck sizes. I have the giant Rider-Waite deck. It fits but cannot close it with the strings. But the other smaller size decks will fit perfectly.

This is a high-quality, well-made tarot bag, for sure, and i was very inexpensive. I keep my large Thoth tarot deck in it. I've had the bag over a year, or perhaps even two-years, now, and I've traveled a lot with it and it doesn't have scar or skuff one. I really reccomend it.

以前、Moon & Stars Velvet Bagを購入し、濃紺のベルベット生地に星と月のデザインが神秘的で、同じデザインのタロットクロスと使っていますが、色もデザインもとてもステキで気に入っています。ベルベット生地だという、こちらのPagan Moon Velvet Tarot Bag もきっとステキな色だと思い購入しましたが、正直ガッカリしました。デザインはまぁまぁですが、色がもっと濃いパープルだと思っていましたが、実物はやや薄めのパープルで、色あせたような色合いに感じます。大きさはMoon & Stars Velvet Bagと同じですが、両方を比べると質感・ひもの使い勝手などが微妙に違います。

I am very happy with this tarot bag!It is a beautiful colour and a nice size, perfect for one of my tarot decks.The only reason why I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was a loose thread at the top of the design that I had to secure.Other than that it is a stunning bag, I can recommend it.

Pretty colour and design, but quality could be a bit better. No regrets, though; its a marvelous bag for tarot or runes. Arrived faster than expected

Gorgeous bag. I use it for my witch oracle cards, and this bag is big enough to fit even the box the cards are in. Love it!
