Ironite 7-0-1 Ready to Spray Lawn (Coverage 5,000 sq ft), 32 oz

Saw immediate improvement in the color of my lawn - areas that were brown had greened up over night.

I have used Ironite on my grass for years. This year when my two bottles got here I watered the grass then opened one bottle, shook to mix, and attached it to my hose. Opened fire and switched to the apply mode, nothing! You can see Ironite when it comes out of the hose, the water has a brownish/yellow tint, I had none, I worked half a day cleaning the tube from a gunk that was clogging it up, repeating the process three times. I'd shaken this bottle rigorously for about 30 minutes before application, no excuse for it not to mix. I don't know if I received part of last year's supply or what but I finally had to throw my bottle away. All the convenience of "open, shake, and spray" shot to ----. I'll be looking for another way to apply iron to my lawn......

This stuff will really green up a lawn. My Bermuda is in full growing season now but it helped green it up well before the neighboring lawns came around. The hardest part about using it is knowing exactly where it's gone down so using a green or blue yard dye (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0049IE33Y/?coliid=ID95IO8W5AJM0&colid=JXT3SY9AO7YQ&psc=0&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it) really helps to see that you've covered everything evenly. You don't want to put too much of this down or your grass can turn a dark grey-ish color. It shouldn't hurt the grass, but it will certainly look bad. I use it every few weeks without issue.

Product arrived leaking in the inner bag and I could not read all the directions due the liquid over the outside of the bottle.

Prefer the solid pellet ironite but that is in short supply. Did the job, greenest lawn in the neighborhood.

It said covers 5 thousand square feet and it barely got 1900 square feet very disappointing enough said

I’ve used this stuff before and it works great. These bottles must be defective because I sprayed my 4000 sq ft yard for a solid 10 minutes and almost none of the product came out. I looked inside the bottle and it maybe dropped one inch. Now I need to figure out the rate that this stuff is supposed to be used at and use my own bottle.Edit. Started with 2 stars changed to 1 star. I tried spraying it out of my own bottle and it wouldn’t work with that one either. So the liquid is too thick to be used. Makes me think this product is super old and it’s expired past it’s shelf life. DON’T BUY!!
