Labyrinth Liberation...
Out Of The Maze by Spencer Johnson M.D. includes some of the written themes of the story of this book. For instance an example is given in the story on why a person chooses their beliefs and another example given on why it is highly possible to change one's mind/choose a new belief (from a feature on why a certain character of the story felt energized after changing their mind and some of their beliefs.

Good to Know
I enjoyed this reading. It took approximately two hours with me stopping to jot some notes. Due to the references, it helps if you read, “Who Moved My Cheese.” Out of The Maze actually helps the reader to understand how to get unstuck and move forward from old unproductive habits.

A less engaging book than Who Moved My Cheese
While I really enjoyed Who Moved My Cheese, this follow up book seems to try to be clever in the messaging of choosing own beliefs. As presented, it’s as if you can just flip a switch. In reality, self-introspection and examination can often take a long time. While I agree there is no greater tomb than the mind, it is patience and kindness toward oneself is a great place to start on changing one’s self.

Great Book and I highly recommend you read this book, more than once.
I was saddened to learn that Dr. Spencer Johnson, had passed away from Pancreatic cancer. I am glad that I had the pleasure to meet him via his writing of "Who Moved My Cheese." And for that I am grateful. I was pleased to have the pleasure to read this awesome follow-up and thank God his children carried on his legacy with the awesome book. I often re-read Who moved my cheese, when I have hear someone mentioned it, or when I need to do a self evaluation.

Are you willing to challenge your thinking?
There were many times in the past and even as of recent where I discovered that if I would have just moved forward with a different decisions, I would have been in a better place in my life. Old habits tend to dominate future decisions. Sometimes we don't realize we are repeating the same mistake. This book really made me think and reminded me of those times. Are you trapped in your own maze (or what others would call your bubble)? Great follow up to the original book -> Who Moved My Cheese

As Expected ! A Gem
Who moved my cheese is one of my all time books, I read it for the first time 12 years ago and I still do every now and then.Jonson’s Books are one of these that you will not put down once you start, I finished Out of the Maze in one setting.I enjoy how Johnson style simplifies the ideas.Nowadays we live in a world where change is the norm and we sometimes can get stuck or get lost. Out of the Maze explains how your beliefs can help you find your way to adapt to the change.

An uninteresting read
A repetitive read. Scanned through the book and passed it on to charity.

Very fun, Very Insightful
This is a terrific little book. It is written as a fun parable, but contains depth of insight that is meaningful and valuable.

A must read to getting yourself unstuck
I learned so much from reading this short and succinct parable. It brought new perspectives to me that I didn't think I had and really clarified what a belief is for me. Thank you so much for writing this book!
