Bought this for my grandkids. My granddaughter has long hair and while playing with it, her hair got caught in it and it had to be cut out. It was VERY scary for her and painful and if we had not been right there to shut it off, would have been much worse. She lost a decent strip of hair in the short time it was caught. I had the same exact thing happen to me when my grandson was playing with it while I was in the room. It was very quick and hurt, not to mention the loss of hair.The charge does not last very long.All in all, it’s a shame because we were having fun before the hair incident.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  My daughter loves this toy so much. It can sense people. Put it in front and fly to other places by herself. It's easy to use. Just let it go and fly by herself. But the only thing is to charge it for a long time before she can play for a while. If she can play for a long time, it will be very good. Even so, my daughter likes this toy very much.

I bought this for my grandson. I was excited to get and charged it for 40 minutes but it didn't work. It appears like it was been returned and it arrived with no owners manual. I called Amazon and told about it because I couldn't find the switch button and I finally found it. It was kind of pushed down so I have to use the tip of a knife to switch it on and off but it was not working anyway after being charged. That's why I asked for a replacement so I can compare it. Once I get a replacement, I will return the one that doesn't work. Disappointed! You should make sure that your returns must not be given to another customer.

UPDATE: After I posted the review below, I received a message from the seller. They offered to not only replace the drone with a new unit, but also to refund the original purchase price. So, in essence, they're giving me a free drone. They have really gone above and beyond to turn my buying experience around. The new unit is en route and should be delivered this week. Assuming it works correctly, and continues to do so, then it's my pleasure to leave this update and change my rating from 1 star to 5 stars.ORIGINAL REVIEW: My kid loved this thing out of the box the first time we played with it. It quickly ran out of batteries and we charged it up again while eating dinner. After unplugging it and trying to operate it, it went haywire and wouldn't operate correctly. We tried the troubleshooting steps in the instructions, but when we attempted to fly it again, it flipped over and nose-dived into the floor. After that, the center LED wouldn't even light, nor would the rotors activate. Maybe my experience was a fluke, but this thing seems to me like a cheaply made, unreliable piece of junk. It was cool for the few minutes that it worked, but I can't recommend it.

Bought this mini drone for my 5 year old son after he really enjoyed playing with a similar one at his friend's house. Out of the box, the drone arrived with a detached propeller. While it still works, it's disheartening to receive a defective item.A few small complaints: The charger jack is positioned in a weird spot where it makes it difficult to plug in, another issue I've noticed is that when you have lights turned on in your home, it causes the drone to not function properly. It'll continue to fly upwards without slowly descending.

Love this little drone. Looks like a flying saucer with flashing lights. 7 year old plays with it every day and it is not broken yet. For us that is a long time. He is very rough on this type of toy. We did make mistake of flying near water and it flew over the water and hovered until it finally fell in. Had to order another one.

We got this for our dog, Brody, because he gets bored easily, and quickly loses interest in chewies, squeaky balls, tuggies, etc. He LOVES this thing, because it "plays" with him! He chases it around the room, barking at it and trying to grab it. But when he gets close to it, it suddenly zips away from him. This drives him crazy! It's very rugged, because he has caught it a couple times, but when he did, it simply turned itself off, so he let go. He hasn't been able to damage it. Brody also has balls that light up and flash when they bounce, but he likes this "UFO" toy best!
