I received the jar last year and use it for occasionally. A plastic surgeon recommended this productin his book and I love it. It is not a permanent solution to wrinkles. I am 69 and have some light lines on my forehead. I put a little between my eyes, on shallow crows feet, on the arch under my eyebrows, above my eyebrows and then on my forehead and a little on my neck. I only use it for occasions when I want an extra fresh look and lift to my face. I would say if you have deep wrinkles you may not see a difference.

Well, that's the way I felt when I heard that this product is supposed help a wrinkly and saggy neck. So when I read in a magazine that this product actually worked on that area as well as the forehead wrinkles, I thought I'd give it a try.I really want it to work, and I'm about done with the tube. I'm hope that i'm not deluding myself--but I do believe that my neck skin is a little firmer and not quite as wrinkled as it used to be.So, "Instant" it is NOT. But I'm willing to get a second tube to give it some more time.

I have used this product for a couple of weeks and I have noticed a difference. My forehead is smootherand a little more up lifted.I am close to 70 ,very close and it's nice to find some thing that actually helps.Itdidn't take all lines away but it did improve my forehead.Thumbs up.

This Bremenn Clinical's cream has always been excellent, and worth every penny. I do wish they'd not discontinued the upper eyelid cream - truly unbelievable.

First of all there us nothing instant about it. I put it on my forehead and it looks the same as before. The reason I bought it is because I saw an item re the product in a magazine saying it was great for neck wrinkles. No it is not. I have noticed a slight softening in my crowsfeet...bUT I had not used any thing directly on them before. I will finish the tube and if anything improves I will come back and review it sgain.

Be sure to use a small amount as directed. More is too much. As with most effevtive skin care products,it takes a little time and regular use.
