I use binder clips to firmly hold a stack of printed pages together on one side, then brush the edges of that side with Padding Compound purchased from Amazon. Padding compound is a glue-like liquid that dries and holds the edges of paper together. I let the padding compound dry overnight, then trim the height of the plastic clip and the clear cover to fit the paper, then place the stack of paper into the clear report cover and sliding bar. Professional look, and the papers don’t slide around. The padding compound can be a little messy, it is applied in thin coats with a brush. These report covers and sliding bars will hold a thicker stack of papers than other brands, will definitely be purchasing more of them, handy for storing printed instruction manuals.

I like the ease of applying the cover to a set of papers. It holds no more than about 20-25 pages, but is easy to pull apart, so do not use for a permanent solution to your reports. They are a rather loose fit on the binder and therefore are more suitable to temporary reports.

I had 185 page document double sided printing and this product easily held all the pages. I think I did not pay close enough attention to the size Because it is bigger than the 8 1/2 x 11” size of my papers. I think it would probably hold 9 x 12 pages.

I bought this to comfortably cover 8.5x11 paper. The height is covered with plenty (probably too much) coverage, but the width is exactly 8.5 inches, which covers the paper but with no extra safety coverage.

Great for presentation

It is difficult to find a simple report binder in an office supply store that accommodates 50 pages or more. This product does. I have a handbook of 75 pages and this binder handles the task easily.

These were a great value, but look at the measurements carefully - they are taller than standard letter size paper. The still fit what I needed them too, but it didn't look as nice since there was about an extra inch of cover on the top and bottom.
