Arrived in a very large box. Other than that, no paint missing on rack. In tact and no damage. Received as expected. Hats fit perfectly on the hat rack. All mounting hardware was included and adequate for both drywall installation and hardwood installation. Paint looks like good coverage.Good value for cost.Would recommend.

Great product and great instructions. In a world of China crap it is great to get a product from a manufacturer that has a quality part that is intelligently laid out and packaged. Even the mounting screw were powder coated to match the mounting bracket.Great job guys!

Good but measure carefully.
Did the job for us. You have to make sure you have enough clearance to open the door, though. It depends on the depth of the crown of the hat.
