I love this product; I order this product regularly, two at a time to make sure I never run out (and it helps mitigate exceptionally high shipping costs too!).My objective in purchasing this product was to alkalize my body. I've had a history of certain health challenges (i.e. migraine, bleeding ulcers) that I believe are caused, at least in part, by an acidic body. A vegetarian, and a huge water drinker, my body always seemed to be too acidic. Since adding Ultimate Greens to all my water (I really like the slight minty taste of this product and actually prefer it over plain water), I've been able to maintain an alkaline condition in my body (I use at-home PH strips to test my urine). I'm amazed that such a small change can have such an impact. So, as an experiment, I recently spent a week drinking plain water (w/out Greens), and PH test strips indicated my body was again acid. As soon as I added the Ultimate Greens, PH test strips indicated alkaline. What can I say--it's tough to argue with results:-)Pros: Well, it's "greens", so this is one obvious health benefit. Also, it's alkalizing to your body. Great taste. Easy to use/mixes well.Cons: High shipping costs.

I like this product. It had a slightly minty taste and I felt like I reaped some positive health benefits while using it.Downsides:-The scoop was a pain in the *** to get out the first time and no matter how I fiddled and played with the container to try and finesse it out, I still got powder all over my counter. Maybe put a longer handle on the scoop so it doesn't get wedged into the bottom as easily?-The shipping cost was outrageous. I live in HI, so I'm used to having high shipping rates from Amazon, but this company was especially high even given the relatively small size and weight of the package.

Based on the reviews that I read on this specific product and all the other 'green' drinks out there, I have to say I was disappointed. The reviews make these powder green drinks seem like they are miracle works. They are not. If you do everything right, exercise, eat a clean diet and certainly don't eat processed foods, then you will feel great. I have no doubt that with all the healthy nutrients packed into them that these drinks do help supplement your healthy lifestyle and will do you some good, but from just adding to my smoothies every day (could never get down with just mixing with water---gross... at least not more than once or twice) I did not feel rejuvenated, instantly energized or any better about myself. I have eaten fairly healthy for multiple years now (at least for 1/2 to majority of the time) so maybe that's why I didn't see a huge difference. Note, I did finish the entire jar.

Just like the stuff tony robins sells, but at a better price. I put a little lemon in mine, some times. It's not needed, but it's good with it, too.

I've tried this product and Robbin's Pure Energy Greens drink mix and have found them to be comparable in taste. I never tasted anything "minty" about this one, but I would guess that it varies per individual.To me it tastes more like an unsweetened iced tea - that's the closest thing I can think of. It doesn't taste terribly "grassy" or strong to me - I'm putting a scoop of it (a small scoop comes in the container) in approximately 20 oz. of water. I find it very refreshing to drink.

I LOVE this product. Typically, I am a one cup of coffee a day person, but I began feeling more tired than usual. I wanted something natural and healthy to help give me a boost. This product definetly does the trick. I add one scoop to my coffee everyday, and afterwards I feel like a 6 year old after a sugar fest!! I have recommeneded this product to friends and family who are now big believers in this "green drink." Beware it doesn't mix well, but the gritty texture is worth the extra long lasting boost of energy.

I still have much of this in my cabinet. I do want to say that I hate eating vegetables and taste wise, this wasn't nasty at all. It has like others have said, I nice minty taste. I just found it hard to drink by itself.

For years, I have purchased the Tony Robins, Pure Energy Greens with MSM, I am not sure the difference, but this is much cheaper. The Tony Robins product keeps changing, for some reason. I will continue buying this one unless the formula changes.
