This is an amazing cookbook!! I read a lot of reviews about people wanting pictures, and yes, it’s nice to have pics but to be honest, this cookbook has substantial meals. I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease and my whole world changed. I’ve been a vegetarian for 25+ years and always loved my bread. Most of the cookbooks I’ve gotten are filled with smoothies and veggie bowls - I’m not on a diet, my diet has changed and I still want delicious meals and this cookbook delivers. If you’re looking for a cookbook that gives you a large variety of healthy and delicious meals, this is it!!

We have been vegetarians for over 25 years and about 3 years ago, my wife became very sick with an illness that no one could identify. Finally it was suggested that she be tested for Celiac and she scored off the Richter scale - highly Celiac! She changed her diet and her health returned to normal over time. Wheat has been a staple of our vegetarian diet so we faced the GF+Vegetarian challenge. Carol Fenster's book is awesome! The meals she has are well put together and we are no longer playing the "replace this flour with that flour" or "take the meat out and put in tofu" games we have been for years. If you are GF and Vegetarian, this is a must have book for your kitchen. Thank you Carol!!!

I love Carol Fenster's cookbooks. She really knows her way around the kitchen and Gluten Free baking and cooking, so I know I will love her recipes.That said, I just received my Kindle download of this title and was disappointed. A cookbook needs to be user friendly. I was hoping for pagination links to the recipes, but there are only links to the chapter descriptions! This makes it difficult to find the chapters and impossible to find the recipes you are looking for unless you scroll through every page.NOT NICE!If the cookbook is this hard to use then what are the odds that you will want to use it? I know that hot links are done to each recipe in other cookbooks on Kendal, so will this be fixed?Will an upgraded format be issued?

Super fast delivery....but not a single picture in the book. I'll probably donate it.

I'm a vegetarian but don't worry about wheat, my husband eats meat but has Celiac so he has to be gluten-free, and our 9 year old daughter is just downright picky!! This is the first cookbook we bought where we can use almost every recipe because we ALL like it!! We don't love to cook, but these recipes really aren't too tricky and they taste great! It's nice to finally have family meals rather than 3 separate ones!!

I've made several of the recipes, and all have been tasty. My daughter is vegetarian, and I have celiac disease, so this is a good cookbook for us.

My wife hates to cook but she has made several recipes out of this cookbook. I literally can't give the book higher praise than that. :)

This book is great to mix two different styles, one being the difficult "gluten free" and the other -- eating without meat... I have YET to get cooking with my other projects from it, but I did thumb through it and I'm eager to get started :)

Bought this for my son-in-law who has coeliac disease, and despite his love of cooking has become tired of substituting this-and-that in general veggie recipe books, in order to accommodate his gluten-free needs ..... he seems well-happy with this book and its good range of recipes :-).

This book is all print and no pictures and whats worse the print is not bold and very light on the white back ground. It strains the eyes when looking at this book for a while. Would I recommend this book well no. Having tried some of the stuff out I found the cooking time tended to be wrong and that it needed longer. Sorry this means thumbs down and no recommendation on this book. Money wise this book was selling for £3.99 in Stationery Box on Sauchiehall Street in Glasgow. I like a cookery book with lots of photos. This recipe books lacks visuals. Printed on non glossy paper so looks and feels non quality. Returned for refund

uninspiring book. No pictures and printed on cheap-feeling paper. American measures used and some unfamiliar American ingredients.

a great read with lots of recipes and ideas for home and entertaining. Easy to follow. Recommended for people like me who are tired of just eating pasta because it's easy :)
