Lovely, quality, colourful mugs..
I totally loved these mugs when I unpacked them. I bought the last ones which were slightly larger, from M&S, but they stopped making them. (They were £5 each) I saw this make, in a cafe I visited and looked them up online. They were 6 for £14.99. They are a match on quality. They were individually packed. One of them was chipped. I emailed the supplier, and they responded within a couple of hours and organised for a replacement to be sent. I received it within 3 days. Definitely recommend.

Damaged
One of the mugs arrived damaged with the handle broken off completely.

Was good value for money, arrived when said, but the box was very damaged and one of the mugs was broken, didn't put in complaint as it was only one mug, and others were ok, other than that mugs good value for money

Lovely colours.
These mugs are a lovely array of colours, I could even be tempted to buy the other colour set. They are sturdy with a wide base and decent handle so impressed. The packing and delivery was great so no complaints at all.

Poor quality - pinholes in glaze
I'm not going to send them back but 5 out of 6 of the mugs had visible pinholes or defects in the glaze so time will tell what they are like after a few times through the dishwasher.
