This is a quality product - and should be at the price. It looks great, the surface texture beautifully tactile and the product is solid without being heavy. It has a decent quality carrying loop. I bought the one-litre model which seems massive compared with other bottles I've used.The problems come with the cap which seems overengineered. There's a hinged snap up cap with two rubber seals on its underside. These seal two holes in the drinking cap of the bottle to ensure the bottle is watertight and it certainly seems to fulfil that promise. The fact that spare rubber seals provided suggests they are easily lost. Beneath the drinking cap is a removable filter in case you want to add ice or fruit.That's a lot of parts to break or lose where a sports cap would be adequate.Back to those two holes. One is obviously the drinking spout but the other small hold provides the 'anti-glug' feature. I guess it prevents a vacuum forming or something like that but the upshot is the bottle doesn't glug. But that's never been a big concern for me. What is irritating, however, is that if you take a deep draught from the bottle, water comes out of the antiglug hole and right up your nose!A case of trying to be too clever and creating a problem worse than the problem it solves. Get rid of it guys.Another improvement would be to attach the drinking cap to the bottle with some form of cable or strap. I'm continually dropping the top when I refill the bottle and what with that and the darn filter which also needs to be removed I can easily see myself losing a crucial bit.A final note - the textured surface means the bottle is not machine washable.

Excellent product. Love that you can get different volumes - I needed a litre capacity. Also love the variety of colours you can get (so sick of black or white being the only options, or gendered colours - just because i’m female doesn’t mean I want everything I own to be pink). The red colour is amazing and really unusual. I’ve used this already and does the job perfectly.I’m very sorry but I’ve had to edit this review - after about two months’ use this bottle has started leaking. I’ve ruined two books and a bag. Replacing the rubber bits with the spares provided did not help. With this experience I couldn’t possibly continue to recommend the product.

But it's a really nice one. Really nice! Since my workplace stopped supplying disposable plastic cups I've been reusing empty pop bottles, but they start to look a bit grubby pretty quickly. Many people started buying those HUGE bottles from Sports Direct and places like that. I'm sure they do the job, but it's a bit of overkill if you ask me. I decided to have a look on Amazon for just a simple bottle that didn't look tacky, and that wasn't going to leak in my bag which also contains a laptop. I saw these bottles and decided to give one a try as I liked the fact that it wasn't squashy plastic, and it had a latch to secure the lid. I have to say that it's a very well designed product. It doesn't whistle when you drink from it, it doesn't glug or squeak when you've finished drinking. It lets you drink as fast as you want. What more could you want from a receptacle designed to store and dispense the life giving H2O that we all need? Oh, and with the large neck it's really easy to clean.

I have had this water bottle for a year and a half now and I love it.It is easy to clean (as long as you are careful with the two little rubber bits, but they supply you with a spare of both in case you lose them).It is easy to hold, it has these little grippy (rough so you can get purchase on it) indents on each side for your hand to grab it. I have arthritis but I still find it OK because you don't have to grip it too tightly.It holds 1.5 litres of water and it has little markers on the side so you can see how much you have drunk.It does not leak!! At all! As long as you screw the lid on tightly. It does leak if you dont screw it on all the way, but that is not the fault of the bottle, that is my fault for not screwing it on properly.The little closer catch/button thing continues to work almost perfectly despite me fiddling/playing with it constantly. I am very impressed because I break things constantly by fiddling with them until they wear out, but this is 1 and a half years and still going strong! Very occasionally (maybe once a month?) if I am jittery and flipping it over and over too strongly, the little catch does come off, but it's very easy to put it back again with no harm done.Can't comment on the infuser thing because I don't use it.The only con is the strap. It is not easy to remove/put on, and would get in the way of washing the bottle etc as another reviewer has mentioned. However, if you don't care about the strap you can just easily use scissors to remove the ring that attaches it to the bottle), but if you are specifically wanting a water bottle with a strap, to be honest you would probably be best to get a different one.

Awful bottles. The loop that is fitted to the bottle is too tight and you can’t remove it.So every time you want to wash your bottle the strap that is attached becomes wet. I’ve been washing it for over a week now and the strap has started to develop a damp odour as predicted.Contacted the seller and they wanted me to use aggressive force to remove the loop, or attempt to cut the loop off by violently trying to get a knife or a pair of scissors in there. I’m not willing to do that, and risk hurting myself. Plus, I don’t see myself doing that every time I want to wash my bottle.The bottles themselves aren’t that great either. Purchased better from the local pound shop. I wouldn’t recommend at all.Customer service rep was passive aggressive and not very helpful at all. Kept repeating the same message over and over again. English isn’t their first language so communication is dire.They also admitted that some of their bottles have loops that are impossible to take off, and some of them have loops that are easy to take off. So I guess it’s a gamble to what kind you get. Don’t waste your money I’d say.
