Discovered I was allergic to celery. Huge disappointment because I use celery and celery seed in ALL of my recipes. This herb is like celery on steroids. Just a 1/2 tsp of this root makes my recipe taste like I put a whole celery bunch in the pot. Actually maybe just a little better.

Got it for a ritual but haven't used it yet. But the packaging is great and the product looks great.

Good packaging. Fresh cut root. Cut a bit too small for my preference but otherwise good product.

Used this herb in a stew I made after sifting the root pieces out. It ruined my stew. It was gritty which made it disgusting. I.cannot recommend it.
