NOT A WOMEN'S WATCH
Check the Luminox website. This watch was "designed for men and ladies who loved the Original (43mm) or Colormark (44mm) but were seeking a smaller alternative." I am a 5'11, average build, 20-year-old MAN weighing 150 pounds. This watch fits my 7 inch wrists just fine. I had previously ordered the Luminox Colormark 3051 Blackout model but the 44mm case looked WAY too big on my wrist. And the band was also too long, I was using the second to last hole. I ordered this watch because it's a smaller version of the 3051 Blackout. The 38mm case is significantly smaller and looks better on my wrist. The band is also shortened a good bit. So if your average build like me, and have wrists that are right at a 7 inch circumference or smaller, then this watch is pefect for you.Now with that out of the way, this watch is great. Though I've only had it for two days. The band and case material is high quality. I have 20/20 vision and the watch face can be difficult to read in low light conditions, but the numbers are glossy and reflect light. I got used to it rather quickly. What makes this watch really cool is the glowing markers. They are glass tubes filled with radioactive tritium gas that emits electrons through radioactive decay (this gives off light, but it isnt harmful gamma rays so you will not get wrist cancer haha). These tubes will emit light for an estimated 25 years. And you dont have to charge them in sunlight either. Overall this watch looks awesome. Though Im going to warn you, Amazon is not an authorized dealer. Ordering this watch from Amazon will void the warranty on it. Thats the price you gotta pay for such a discounted price (retail for this watch is $350).

VERY NICE!
This is a great watch. I debated on purchasing it for a while- looked at other models, read reviews, etc. but finally bit the bullet and bought it. The pictures don't do it justice as it is black and not gray as it looks in the pictures and it looks very sharp and stealthy. I read some reviews that said it is hard to see in certain light but I have not had that problem. In normal room light and in full sunlight the numbers on the face are very clear as they are a "shiny" black- the entire face is legible and it goes without saying that the luminous markers are totally visible in darkness. Since purchasing this watch I have pretty much wore it non-stop and I can't say that I have any complaints about it. It is a great timepiece and looks great.

TOO SMALL!!!
I didn't see the other review on this watch until it was too late. As another reviewer put it, the 7051 BO is NOT a MEN'S watch as put in the title. This is a very small 38mm face watch with a small band. This will fit a child or a thin woman, not a man. I could not get the watch over my average size wrist, and when I laid the face of the watch on my wrist, the face is way too small...somebody would accuse me of wearing a woman's watch. Also, though it looks cool in the pictures, the blacked out back and numbers are hard to see, even in room lighting or direct sunlight. The black out function is not functional unless you always plan to use it covertly in the dark and can tell time by the lit up dials and number spaces. In daylight, the hands and number markers do not glow, so it is hard to tell time in the daylight! On the plus side it weighs almost nothing because it is plastic. Lets hope the claims that this is some rugged super-carbon-plastic-something material is true, because it is so light it feels like a toy. I am going to try for another LARGER (45mm) Luminox with a lighter background on the face. ALSO: Be advised the sold through company MR. WATCH will charge you a $5 return fee or a $6 fee if you use their postage paid return tag that comes in the box. What is the point of giving us a postage paid sticker when you are going to charge us $6 to use it? Basically they make their shipping back both ways cause the watch weighs, what, 6 oz?Do yourself a favor and see/touch one of these in person first. My co-worker had a larger Luminox that I really liked but wanted a different color/style. I missed the mark ordering this through the mail, but I took a chance (and lost $6)....

Awesome Watch!!
Just got this watch today and I must say I am pretty impressed. The size will take some getting used to seeing as how I normally wear very small watches. The band is great although I think it will take some time to break in, its a little stiff when you first put it on. The rotating bezel is a nice touch. Also the illumination on this watch is perfect and approximated at lasting 10 years (if I'm still here I'll give an update as to how long it actually lasts). All in all it's a great watch and a very good size for a woman's wrist (probably wouldn't do so well on a guy's wrist)

Don't buy it !
The watch its self is nice, however, I went swimming wearing it and so much water got inside the watch that ruined it.I went to the local dealer and he asked for the warranty card, this watch doesn't come with a warranty and upon inspecting the watch he said there is a defect in the back casing causing water resistance to fail.I assume the seller is buying defective products at a discount without warranty and sells them.

Perfect for her....
Let me start off by saying that I own the Men's 3051.BO and my wife loved it from the minute she saw it. Her only concern was that the case was too large for her wrist at 44mm. That problem was easily solved with the Luminox 7051.BO. The 7051's case measures at 38mm which was the perfect size for her small wrists. The 7051 is identical to the 3051 except for the size of the band and case. The black on black dial isn't difficult to see in low light like I thought it would be. In darker situations, the blue markers really stand out.She loves it and wears it everywhere!

Not as hardy as I thought it would be!!
Totally love this watch, it's perfect for work! I don't have a hard or strenuous job, I wear it in the gym every day, I don't wear my watch In the shower or at weekends, just day to day general wear, But I've not even had it a year and the glass has fallen out of the little 12o'clock illuminus marker on the bezel, it's never been knocked or bashed, when I wrote to the company to see if they would fix it they came back to me saying it's not covered in the warranty and I was directed to a luminox dealer to get it fixed my self?.... Not what I expected it's not a cheap watch to buy but as I said in the title not the great quality I was expecting for my money and I doubt very much that it would withstand a weeks training on the wrist of navy seal.Would I spend my money on it again No!! If it was fixed or replaced i might of thought differently but for the price of the watch I expected better after care!
