Great buy
High quality fabric blinds and easy to install. Only thing is if these are stretched out fully you can see the light behind it, but in no way let’s light pass through. I created my own skylight blinds using this and corner guards. If you like to know how I made these replay to this. See photos. I highly recommend this product.

doesn't hold pleat, sags, dysfunctional
This product is pleated sheet with adhesive on one end, and a tiny binder clip (think office supplies) that is supposed to be used to keep the blind up when you want to allow sun in. The only thing that's functional about this product is that it adheres well to the upper interior of the window frame. It hasn't held its pleat - at present it hangs as stretched out as can be. The tiny binder clip that comes with the product (note an office supply binder clip is not what's shown in the photos and video for this product) cannot hold the blind open for a few reasons - the clip isn't deep enough to hold as many pleats as necessary to keep the blind open sufficiently, however many pleats a binder clip can hold, the blind sangs on either side of the clip, and when you gather as many pleats into the clip as possible, in little time the entire blind has sunk because the pleat of the whole product doesn't hold up. The video in the advertisement for this product shows a person smoothly closing the blind once installed. But the blind itself doesn't move smoothly - its just the person allowing the blind to drop with gravity the first time is being unfolded. To close the blind, you have to work to fold it up because it sags so much - it'll just bunch up in your hands if you try to raise it smoothly from the bottom. I just bought this blind for the garage window, so it doesn't have to look pretty, but this blind is barely functional. I'll be getting a proper blind when I get around to it. This blind is not terribly useful unless you plan to keep it closed all the time (or if you like the look of your blinds being barely held open by office supplies).

Redi Shade Comparison
At some stores the Redi Shade costs half the price of this Luckup shade. The only benefit of the Luckup is that it's thicker and may not fade as quickly as a Redi Shade. Both shades block almost all sunlight. Over time the Redi Shade becomes thin and allows more light to pass through. I haven't had the Luckup long enough to know how quickly it will fade. It's much thicker so I expect it to last longer. The main problem with the Luckup is moving it up and down. It's so thick that it won't hang flat. You need to have a tack or nail in the wall and attach one of the clips that holds the bottom of the shade to it. Otherwise it hangs at least 6" higher. And because it's so thick it's more difficult and time consuming to bundle it together and attach the 4 clips to put it in the up position. The clips are small and don't have enough grip so you are limited to how high the shade can go. I have to fold the shade part way, add a clip on each side, then make another fold and again add clips. It takes too long to do this and it looks ridiculous. And it still covers half my window. So the Redi Shade is still the best choice only because it goes up and down very easily. And can be folded up completely if you want to expose the full window.

Not recommended.
Edit: Its double-sided tape is not sticky enough. It fell in the middle of the night. I'm taking back my 2 stars. These are very easy to install. It makes the room pretty dark but in my opinion, it’s expensive for what it is. If I haven’t had a hurry I wish I waited for the cheaper brand. Mine didn't come with that paper holder. It is very difficult to keep it open. Clips are nearly useless. Right now I’m using it but I’ll definitely never buy it again.

Good product but.....
The shades are in fact black out. That’s good. Installed the first on window without any issues. Had to trim about 4” to fit the window. That went well. Installed the next shade on 2nd window. When I tried to peel off the top adhesive, it all came off from the shade. ( The tape is double double stick. ). That created a challenge as some of the tape got damaged in the process. So I cut off the bad stuff and inserted pieces of tape that I had cut off when I trimmed the shades in the beginning. Placed back on top of shade and then to the window frame top. That worked out ok. So far both are holding.I also don’t see how the shades can stretch to 72”. But maybe they do.

What sun??
To be clear, these are not the same quality like the ones you would purchase from next Day blinds. I’ve had them outfits my downstairs for a reasonable price and when they showed me the black out ones versus the light filtering ones they gave me a good idea of what I would be getting. So an effort to save some money and to see if I really want them to install blackout shades in the master bedroom I came across this particular item here. They barely let any light in! When you pair these blinds with energy saving light filtering curtains it looks like it’s midnight in the middle of a summer day. In addition it does retain a lot of the energy settings that you have for heat or air conditioning. It stops any drafts not completely but enough to not even notice that there might be an issue. I would highly recommend anybody to get the black out for privacy, for sleep, to try them out before you get something permanent and you need to save money, it’s worth the value package.

They are not the length as advertised unless you iron out all the pleats lol
This blind has been grossly miss-represented. It is half the length as advertised, unless you iron out all the pleats!!! Even then it would be short.False advertising at its worst.
