I liked the product quality. The package includes everything needed for installation, washers and even PTFE plumbing tape, which I did not need to use. Works flawlessly but one small detail that applied to me but possibly not to many others is that I had to use an extra rubber washer for the cold water pipe because my hot and cold water pipes were not exactly parallel so screwing the tap in without an extra washer was resulting in a slight water leak from one of them. Fitting an additional rubber washer on top of the provided ones, fixed the leak.

I was initially a little bit sceptical about purchasing this rather inexpensive shower unit to replace my aging one, which had lost power and also lacked any real temperature control.How wrong was I to be so sceptical...?I installed this within 10 minutes and immediately jumped into the shower to put the unit to the test. I also replaced my aging and scaled up shower head with a new one purchased from Amazon.This shower has plenty of pressure and the temperature control is fabulous too. I had almost forgot how nice it was to have an invigorating hot shower!Obviously, this is just the first day of use, but the quality of the shower unit itself is first class. All fittings are provided, plus instructions which contain clear illustrations and are easy to folllow.I would highly recommend this product to anybody looking for a powerful shower unit that is also easy to fit.5 stars from me 😁

seems better than some of the other contract ones, temperature thermo mixer seems quite accurate,works good , cheap price , customer happy !!

Very easy to install, but after a few months the temperature knob becomes harder to turn and eventually the thermostat or "anti-scalding" protection fails completely. So either get used to cold showers or get used to replacing it.

Really easy to install and certainly seems robust and well made.Build quality is excellent value for money.Everthjng you need to install this shower bar is included.All in all I am very pleased with my purchase and I would recommend it,it certainly performs as well as far other more expensive bars that I have installed.

I bought this February 2020, it is now January 2023.The thermostat Control went really stiff after a few months of use, so my partner and kids struggled to turn it. The on/off started leaking and dripping from the shower head a few months back, and now needs replacing.Poor quality.

Easy to fit, looked at a YouTube prior to fitting. Initially worked really well. Our shower is used a few times a day every day and for the first 6 months there were no problems. Recently however the temperature control is very temperamental. A literal slight touch of the control will turn the water either freezing cold or scolding hot depending on which way it’s been nudged. It’s very difficult to get the right temp now due to this, so I will be looking for a replacement soon.

Arrived quickly, looked good, well packaged, complete kit of everything that might be needed including plumbers tape. Was an easy 1:1 exchange with the previous unit, fitted perfectly with no hassle. Works well and looks good. Very impressive and I’m delighted that I chose this unit as a replacement
