Makes a difference
This will blast your forearms. I feel my grip strength has improved significantly. I used Vaseline to lubricate the ball joint after I noticed some squeaking. I tried using a silicone based lubricant but it quickly started to squeak at high resistance. Make sure you use petroleum jelly for maintaining it

I like it price is steep
It takes along time to get to you it’s differnt than anything I’ve ever used came with package damaged but didn’t break it so far the feel is just great cause how different this is from a wrist roller or sidewinder
