Q: Where are these cups manufactured?

They don’t have a made in stamp on the base and I don’t recall if that detail was on the packaging but I would be surprised if they were not made in China

Q: Could these be autoclaved for use in a dental practice?

I wouldn't try to autoclave them because they're double walled and autoclaves work like pressure cookers. (Speaking as a former lab worker) BUT dishwashers typically get up to 200°C on their drying cycle. Autoclaves kill bacteria and operate at similar or lower temperatures. Viruses aren't living but any protein and DNA is likely to denatured at that temperature unless thermophillic. Especially using quality detergents.

Don't think so. Wouldn't stack then

Q: What grade steel is it?

Not sure but no rust never at all, fits comfortably in hand, keeps hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold they are well worth the money they are so good we use them in the house as well as camping
