It works great but if you have low blood pressure don’t take full dose or take daily as it will dip your blood pressure lower at rest. Also it will make you rock hard in bed so be careful with that, could help men with ED, my wife noticed right away. Great for workout

works great, feel the difference in a few days

I've been using this product for a short time now (two weeks) and I have already started to notice a visible difference in vascularity both in and out of the gym. This definitely gives me the pump and energy I need to get through grueling sessions in the gym. Plus, arginine has some added health benefits as well (consult with a physician prior to experimenting though). I love how this product creates an intense vasodilation effect without the tingling warm feeling that some other products produce (I don't necessarily mind that though). There are no stimulants in this product so I like to drink some coffee and take as directed and off to the races I go. I will definitely be getting more of this product. Downside- pills are large so I chew them up (better absorption). Other than that, these pills are spot on. Thanks Dr. Emil

I was hesitant to try a pill form Arginine to use pre-workout because I was previously taking 4 grams prior to this but I liked the stack and the dosage is high for tablets so I figured I'd take an extra pill and cut the supply to 25 days or so instead of 30 to make up for the difference in the powder I was using previously (side note: If you're not a hardcore lifter looking a mega pump than the recommended dose is more than adequate for all intents and purposes). I started off taking a bit more than the recommended tablets per serving and got a ridiculous pump and sustained energy through my workout. I also noticed about a 10% increase in lift strength due to that excellent pump and energy. Much better than the powder nitric product I was previously using even though the dosage would have been comparable. I think it has to do with the ratio of AAKG, HCI and Citrulline which I believe is superior in this product to other Arginine/ Nitric boosters I've used.

Since purchasing this particular product; I have NOT seen/experienced any dramatic effect in consuming this supplement....the purpose in taking this vitamin supplement was to improve the even blood flow throughout my bodily system and enhance my sexual endeavors.....

The pills are large. If you have trouble swallowing pills, be forewarned.

What I noticed is that when I take Goliath Arginine 3000 and have a work out after 3 to 4 sets and you move on to the next routine and start those sets, I usually experience a burn or a ceiling in which I cannot do any more reps in that set, you just, you hit the brick wall of pain and that's when your brain says time for a quick rest, well when taking Goliath Arginine 3000 when you hit that moment where your brain is considering telling your body that's the last rep in this set, you feel the burn and pain and you now have the endurance, stamina especially in dumbells or push-up's to keep going and power on through the burn and realize, crap I'm doing way more reps than I would normally be able to do, the body is able to power through the burn period and allow you to exceed and go so much further in a workout, I've never experienced anything like it. I must in all fairness let everyone know along with Goliath Arginine 3000 I take Prime labs - Prime test supplement with the Arginine 3000, but I do believe 85% of my of this extra energy and new power and endurance I experience through the pain and burn phase of the workout is attributable to Goliath Arginine 3000. I personally like the product and I honestly think takes it will probably love it.
