This clips are very easy to install in the slit on the awning roller rail. You just slide them in once you have the awning all the way out but not completely raised into place. You may need a ladder if you set the awning all the way up if you are short. We placed solar light bulbs in the clips and they worked just fine. The light string was longer than our awning roller rail, so we extended it to our EZ-Up 10'x10' canopy. The clips simply clip over the flat bars around the canopy (the bars are part of the structure that unfolds and spreads out and has the canopy covering attached to it). Please note: you cannot leave the clips in place when you take the awning or EZ-Up down. The clips must be removed or they will most likely damage your awning and/or canopy. They are very easy to remove and replace when used again. This clips are very sturdy and seem well made.

After a long search on how to attach some of my string lights I came across this. It was advertise for RV's but it worked in my louvered pergola. The way its designes the clip can attached to the RV rail or to be hanged into some sort of rope or string. I thought the quality was going to be cheap and that they will break after a while or even when putting the string cable, but they are good quality and I totally recommend to give it a try.

They simply slip right in your awnings grove. And you can hang anything from lights to flowers to spruce up your camp site.

Works better than I thought it would

Slid these on my awning of my pop up camper to attach rope lights to, and they do terrific job. Trial and error to figure out how to put them up. They can be left on as the awning gets rolled back up after a trip.Wish it came in more colors.

Great invention. Easy to install and they kept the awning in place in very high winds. Would highly recommend this.

Easy to use and they provide a secure means of hanging just about any light or RV decoration. Price is reasonable too.

I tried to use these clips on my Sunsetter awning with no luck. I could maybe force them but won't be able to remove them to roll up awning.

C’est un 2 dans 1: on peut accrocher une toile sur le crochet et passer une corde dans l’anneau donc multiusage. Ils sont plutôt stables une fois dans la rainure de l’auvent donc pour faire glisser une toile c’est moins pratique.

Our trailer is a few years old, and didn’t have the built in light strip on the awning. These allow me to string Christmas, patio or rope lights along my awning for that extra light and ambiance during early spring or late fall camping, when the light is really needed.

Put these on the awning to my trailer and then hung a solar light string on them. So simple and looked great. My only concern would I would have to remove them if I wanted to roll in the awning but hey, you would have to remove the lights anyways. My sister liked them so much she ordered a set too

We bought this for our solar lights on our camper awning but they do not hold tight at all, the slip down if there is any angle or pull when putting up. I ended up buying the clip, clothes pin style type right away and they worked perfectly.

Have been stringing lights around awning for years. These just made life a lot easier.Great product. Had to file end cap on awning to slide these through to slot in center section.
