Much better than expected!
I was hesitant because my main pedalboard for most gigs is a "big brand name" one made of welded metal and with room to put my OneSpot 12 underneath, and it's good for what it is, but for a unique side project I'm starting I was doing something completely different and in many ways simpler, so I just needed something to accommodate this alternate rig.I normally hate having the power supplies on top and on display, but this has enough room, and the lip of the board helps obscure and keep secure the power strip I'm using to power my two Digitech units and my looper pedal, so I really got over it quick. And there's also enough room for me to roll up my cables and toss them on top for transit as well.I've read where some buyers have had issues with the felt on the board working its way loose, but with non-abusive use I don't see that being an immediate concern. I like the construction, and how it stands neatly as a "briefcase" when not in use, and honestly if I could afford to, I'd get a couple more of this one (and a couple of the other sizes) for my higher-end pedals, my Roland guitar synth unit and my vocal processor, respectively, and maybe even one for my Tascam multitrack. These would certainly help me organize my music room AND protect my stuff.I'm not comfortable saying this would survive unreasonable amounts of neglect or heavy constant moving, but for a handful of gigs per month and not letting some drunk friend or associate handle it recklessly "helping" with load-ins/outs, I can see this holding up indefinitely. Very happy with this one.***Note: maybe some optional/customizable thicker cushioning on the lid (the deeper cover portion) would be nice, to minimize the possibility of something working its way loose or straining the glue on the felt.

A nice affordable pedal case with plenty of room, works great.
I was using a homemade pedal board at church in the worship band but wanted something that would hold my pedals, cables, power supplies; was quick to set up or take down, and would allow me to transport the equipment yet provide good protection. And wanted it to be affordable. This case seems to fit my needs well. It holds 7 tone/delay/reverb/control pedals including a large triple delay, a volume pedal, power supply, and all the cables very nicely. The "deep" side of the case has some foam but there's still free space above most of my pedals, so I'm putting in a layer of additional foam to ensure they can't be knocked off their velcro base while being handled/transported. I'd give it 5 stars instead of 4, except the velcro base on the inside of the lid is a bit thin, would be nicer if it was a thicker/heavier so it held the pedals better for transport. If needed I'll just glue some heavy duty velcro to it in the appropriate places. But I'm very satisfied with the case, works great and allows for much easier/quicker setup and better protection than what I was using.

a sturdy, lightweight pedal case with no frills
I bought this pedal case 8 years ago and this little thing has traveled with me for miles and miles. the box has been shoved in cars, vans and trucks and it's now covered in scratches and dents but there's no serious damage to the case. I kept the original velcro which is not great but good enough if you don't have too many pedals or too heavy ones. I changed pedals and their positions many times since I bought it so the velcro is peeling out from the board now. the hinges and the handle are still in good conditions.currently I have 7 pedals inside this and there's still some space available for one or two more but I would have to start to cram them together a lot more.in conclusion: a sturdy, lightweight pedal case with no frills

YEah...You need one.
This thing is exactly what I needed and you might too. I am in a duo acoustic act. I use a TC Electronics Play Electric, a Donner Boost, and an Electro Harmonix C9 pedal. These 3 pedals, power strip with on/off switch, power supplies to each pedal, my mic inside of its case, and all the cables for the mic and guitar fit nice and neat inside this thing. Show up at a gig set it on the floor open the lid and plugin the power strip, the mic, and guitar, turn on power strip and I am up and running. EVERYTHING IN IT'S PLACE, A PLACE FOR EVERYTHING.
