I had some work fitting it, but this is to be expected with a non-standard head. The quality and workmanship is everything I expected. It will be lovely to use.

the size of the eye mount end in inches would be nice
the description for the handle is to non descript the handle is length wise great but the head end is to small ...it goes through the head to far ... Not an issue though as it is a beutiful handle and I will find a use for it.it has a great feel and now I have to find it a good head. still hunting for a good handle though.

The hickory handle had good straight grain, so should last many years. Shape was good, fits well in the hand.Extra good, it was Made In USA!
