NOT Coast Guard approved!
Loved this vest, and the previous Eyson one I bought, until I found out they are NOT Coast Guard approved...which makes them pretty useless if you are boarded or checked by Coast Guard or run into a place that checks your vests before allowing you to launch!However, when I wrote this review the company contacted me and offered to take the item back for a full refund...so buy this if you do not care about the lack of Coast Guard approval...

Can't say too much
Since I've not needed it, I can't give 5 stars. So it is hard to be honest on how it works. But I think it is well worth the money and a piece of mind.
