Good antenna
I like this antenna so far. I installed it today and could instantly hear more repeaters than I could with the stock antenna on my radio. For now, I’m using this with a Baofeng (with an adapter), until I get a radio for the truck. I don’t particularly like the antennas that have a chunk in the middle of them, I would prefer a standard whip, but this works well as-is, so I’ll try not to complain too much about the looks. It comes with a bracket (which I didn’t use, as I had a truck-specific one already), the coax, and the antenna. It says it is pre-tuned from the factory, and I’ll have to take their word on it, as I do not have a SWR meter. So far, it’s a great antenna. I’ll update this if something changes.

Huh?
The antenna works well. But, the hole in the mounting bracket is too small. The antenna base won't fit. I have been contacted by other buyers who said the hole on their brackets was also too small. They recommend enlarging it.Too bad they make such a nice antenna and then ruin it by packaging it with a mismatched bracket. But, I'll enlarge the hole with a file or a pryamid bit for my drill. Seems kinda stupid to me.Update: I enlarged the hole with a pyramid drill bit ($10). Everything fits now, and the antenna is mounted on the bracket. I only had a hand drill so it took about 15 minutes of slow grinding. If I buy another antenna I'll make sure to pick another brand.

antenna is good but make of lightweight steel so it waivers in the wind causing a lot of picket fencing. The swrs across both frequencies are virtually flat so no tuning needed before final install. The mounting bracket is very good steel not a soft metal which gives it a sturdy base.good value for the money but needs to be a stronger steel to stop picket fencing.. soosh

Great antenna, cheap bracket.
The antenna itself works excellent. I have been able to make repeater hits from 40 plus miles away with it mounted on the bed rail of my truck. Made a different repeater contact from a valley where there is absolutely no cell service for a few miles. I am very happy with the antenna.I am using the bracket that came with it, but I am not impressed with it. Very thin and easy to bend. Has no rigidity creases. I plan to get a different heavier bracket at some point or mount the antenna higher with a 3rd brake light bracket.

Good Performer
It is a suitable 2 meter mobile antenna. I mounted with a magnetic nmo mount on my trunk. With a 10 watt HT I use as a mobile it hits all the repeaters in a 30 mile radius. I have also used this antenna to make simplex contacts and it is a good performer.

Best bang for buck
Great antenna for the money. I was a bit apprehensive at the price point but was pleasantly surprised with low swr's and great performance. If your on the fence (as I was ) just pick it up. It performs perfectly out of the box and no ground plane needed makes mounting a breeze.

Good choice
Good antenna. Used it on an existing mount. I did have to adjust it for optimal SWR. Full quieting into several distant repeaters.

Good antenna. Hole is not too small. They did it backwards
Easily mounted. Good cable length. Everyone complained about the hole not being right, you simply feed the radio end through the hole then use the threaded nut to lock it on. It’s not too small, they just did it backwards than how you would think. Sounds clear on a 50w TYT-7800
