Lasted just over one year and then just quit
We have used this sporadically with very good results. I went to use it today and it would not steam. I drained it and refilled it. Left it on for hours and it never would work. Do not know if there is any support for this item.

This is for hardly dirty jewelry. Not enough steam to clean several pieces at one time. Returned it.
