Balisong Cs Go Butterfly Knife Trainer - Red Color - no Offensive Blade - Durable

My son bought this to work on some tricks he saw on flipping butterfly knives. It’s well-made, and seemingly the correct weight. He’s had fun practicing and learning different tricks with it. One small issue is that the screws loosen over time, so it would’ve been nice to have a tool to make adjustments as needed. Also of note: this is not approved for carry-on luggage! Found that out by mistake as it was thrown in without thinking. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Luckily we were able to run back and put it in a checked bag as we were in a small airport.

I would pretty decently recommend this to someone starting but it is a little heavy and has the curve to help with rollovers and I especially like this knife for zen rollovers. Very good product and shocked me when I woke up and opened the package to find a pretty high quality product for what it cost.

The media could not be loaded.  It’s overall a great Balisong for the price and for it being on Amazon so I rate 4 star. There were only two problems, the first being that the balisong was kinda heavy but it’s fine, the second being that the latch is not long enough so it barely work. The latch still works for freestyles, or latch drops but it doesn’t really work for the attended use. Also another problem is that the spring on the latch make squeaking noises and sodoes the handles because the handles can be pushed to be uneven. But for the price it’s the best I could find so I highly recommend for low budget.

Okay, lets get into it.Sour Man said that this product has a knob at the tang, and he is right, but he is obviously flipping it wrong because there is literally no reason you would have to deal with that if you held it by the proper handle. He said the paint was chipping, but it doesnt matter. if you want a show knife dont get a $14 trainer and expect perfection. also, what he said about the shape made me literally cringe. you buy a csgo style knife FOR the curve, thats the whole point, and the weighting issue is an obvious thing you except when you purchase the product. The curve is just another style meant to help with ergonomic holding and rollovers, something he probabaly hasnt even gotten into yet. all in all it is a good product, and deserves some recognition for coming with a oin adjustment kit.
