This is a great ink cartridge. The print quality is amazing considering the low price. I will definitely buy this again as well as recommend to friends and family.

I CAN NOT FULLY RATE THE PRODUCT YET BECAUSE IT WAS RECENTLY INSTALLED TOGETHER WITH THE TONER CARTRIDGE ORDERED SIMULTANEOUSLY .

The machine recognized the new drum, but leaves a solid black line down the side of the paper.

While the price is great, my drum unit came misassembled, with the roller that contacts the drum itself not properly installed and rubbing hard enough on the drum that paper could not be fed through. I was able to disassemble the unit and place this roller correctly, but I do have some toner streaking on my prints now. I was able to remove most of the streaks by wiping the drum down with isopropyl alcohol, but some streaks still remain.Since I was able to work on this myself, I assume that these units are being assembled by hand and so my experience is a QC fluke rather than an endemic problem.If anybody else needs to disassemble a drum unit to correct this, note that the C-clips holding the drum axle are very small and are best removed by prying them back with a flat-blade screwdriver as opposed to stretching the points with a needle-nose pliers.

Good value for the money but it leaves a black line on the edge of the entire document that is being printed. It did not do that before using this product.

It’s not great but it’s not terrible. It connected easily and gets the job done with a little splattering at the bottom of our pages. Overall I’d give it 4/5

This is used for a work printer and is very important that we get good copies. Easy to replace and is a good value.
