I had been looking for some Kinesiology tape to wrap my ankle. I have been to PT for my ankle in the past. I knew there was something I could do on my own until I could get to see my PT. I appreciate kinesiology tape for support and strength it gives to muscles. It almost helps them to heal better with the proper exercise. This tape is a good value for the money. There are other brands with more adhesion, but I am very happy with my purchase. I would buy again.

Just like the original Brand Name. These have much more adhesion though. That’s a good thing bc they stay on longer (2-3 days even if sweating! I don’t recommend leaving them on that long, but they are strong enough to!). Downside is they do pull hair off when u remove them, so, may want to shave, depending on where u place them. Great value though!

The tape is already cut but sometimes you need a smaller piece so you have to cut; secondlyit does not stick as well as I thought it would. If you are working out it begins to unroll on the ends. But it is a very good price for what you get.

I love how easy it goes on, the way it works and the value. The only issue I have is that it rolls off easier when you are wearing pants that move up and down on your leg - most notably jeans. Otherwise, it functions great.

There was a slight learning curve using this for the first time. Lucky it's four rolls. I used it to help with my bursits pain in my heel. It does bond to skin very well but it must be applied properly or it will lose adhesion very quickly. Usually proper tensioning and then a few seconds of rubbing down the tape will help adhere it to the skin. I suggest watching a few youtube videos of physical therapist and doctors explaining and demonstrating its use. My only issue with this tape has been that it bonds a little too well, even after three days, so I suggest also picking something up that helps debond the tape from your skin to lessen the risk of tearing skin.

I've ordered 2- 4 pack sets of this tape for my knee and I love it. It lasts up to 4 days for me. I can shower with it on the second or third day and still be able to leave it on for a day or two. Previously I bought one roll of another brand at Big 5 and paid over $20 for a roll; you can't beat the price for this multi-pack.

The product has a strong adhesive which makes a longer lasting bond.

The stretch of this product and the adhesion to my skin made it a considerable value. I bought this to wrap my heel because I had bruised it. The tape stayed on my foot for 2 days, and came off easily when I needed to pull it off. I would recommend anybody buy it. Good stuff thank you very much.
