American Standard221CB104.020 Colony 1.28 GPF 2-Piece Elongated Toilet with 10-In Rough-In, White

The American Standard 221CB.104.020 Colony 10-Inch Toilet Combo has been installed and functions properly. The first toilet had a hairline crack in the tank part of the toilet. We returned it to Amazon, who replaced it with no hassle. Their customer service was easy to work with. Most toilets are made to fit 12" from the wall to the center of the floor flange. The toilet we ordered was a specialty toilet for a 10" from wall installation. Many retail stores may not carry this product. Aside from some minor delay in installing the toilet, the toilet did not come with a seat. This was not a problem since we had a seat from another toilet but should be considered when ordering.

So, at first I thought ordering a toilet on Amazon was a good idea until I actually got it. The toilet tank and lid must have been dropped at some point, the lid was broken in several pieces and the toilet tank had a crack in the side (which I temporarily fixed with chalk). So wile the toilet was usable, I began to regret getting a toilet through the mail. I called American standard and while the wait time on the phone was about an hr hr + they happily supported their product and sent me out a new tank and lid. It really was a decent process. The toilet itself, replaces a toilet that clogged a lot and this seems to avoid that. Things look and work great so far, and we are about 6 months in on it now. But what really shown out was how American Standard stood behind their Amazon store and sent me replacement items due to the shipping errors. So if you can wait the hr to talk to someone, and you have a problem with your order, they will help you out. Another great thing was the tank came pre-assembled (both times ;)) so installation was a breeze.

CAME WITHOUT A SEAT!!!! REALLY? I DON'T HAVE TIME TO BUY AND RETURN HEAVY TOILETS! Who does??1st One I ordered came broken so I didn't even Notice that it came w/out a seat b/c I was returning it anyway. It is pictured with a seat & nowhere does it say you have to find & buy it separately. Also, since I ordered the Linen colored - even more difficult to find a matching seat!! Gave 1 STAR b/c 0 wasn't a choice

So, really this toilet is just fine. We had to order VERY specifically the 10 inch rough in toilet to fit into a hallway bathroom & there are NOT a ton of options of 10in rough in toilets. It is a very quiet toilet flush...looks nice, pretty easy to install, etc. I have NO complaints about the actual product. HOWEVER, please be aware that this DOES NOT include the toilet seat & lid! So weird. It doesn't say anything about this & I specifically read the reviews to see if anyone mentioned this, as some other toilets only came w/ certain parts, as well. But, of course, no one mentioned this in the reviews until we actually got the toilet. OK, so it was NOT that big of a deal...we just ran to home depot & got the toilet seat & lid there (to match). But, that did add another $20+ to the total cost (I mean, who uses a toilet w/o a seat & lid right?)....so, just be aware of that little glitch. Otherwise...this toilet is just fine. Also, this is the low version (we have all higher versions of toilets in the rest of our house)...so it does seem quite low compared to those. I don't mind that, however. Again, not many 10 in rough in options available out there (unless you want to pay A LOT). OH, and I think we also had to buy the wax ring to set it on as well...another $3.00. Just so everyone knows....

This toilet was extremely easy to install. Lucky we read the product reviews prior to receiving as product does not come with all the hardware you need. How are it is a very nice made product. Durable, looks good, great size and super easy to install

When I bought this on Amazon it was on sale for like $130 bucks so I bought it based on good comments and I will say this thing works GREAT! It's long enough without being "institutional" elongated so your Man Part doesn't rub against the front of the toilet and it flushes very well, zero plugging. Buy this.

great looking great on water and quiet i would have given it a 4 star review in the flush valve didnt fail. customer service never answered also

I LOVE THIS TOILET! Yes, that's a crazy thing to say, but it's true. My old toilet was leaking and the internal workings were going out. I decided it was time to replace it. I purchased this on Amazon with Prime membership and it showed up 5 days before the expected delivery date. Good start! Installing it was a breeze (36 yr old female- did it myself). The toilet flushes immediately and the tank re-fills quickly and it doesn't rock at all. The only problem I ran into was that where you need to hold your hand when bolting the tank to the seat conflicts slightly with the tanks mechanics. Prepare for scraping your knuckles.Aesthetically it looks wonderful and I imagine it would fit with any decor.
